Stap 1: Inventarisatie
Samen analyseren we de kritieke onderdelen van uw proces die geoptimaliseerd kunnen worden.
Stap 2: Pre-engineering
Op basis van uw input ontwikkelen we verschillende oplossingen en bepalen we gezamenlijk de beste aanpak.
Stap 3: Proof of Concept
Wij produceren alles in-house, waardoor we op een lean en efficiënte manier snel een concept kunnen uitwerken en u de fysieke werking kunnen demonstreren.
Stap 4: Gedetailleerde engineering/assemblage
Op basis van het gepresenteerde concept ontwikkelen we een definitief CAD-model, dat we vervolgens assembleren en volledig afstemmen op uw kwaliteitseisen.
Stap 5: Testen en afname
We voeren grondige tests uit en bespreken samen eventuele optimalisaties om volledige tevredenheid van ons beide te garanderen. Vervolgens gaan we over tot de afname en, indien gewenst, zorgen we voor installatie op locatie.
